Welcome to TopScore AI. By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application or website at topscoreapp.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Educational Purpose & Use
TopScore AI provides AI-assisted revision materials, past papers, mark schemes, and practice quizzes for educational study and exam preparation. Our AI tutors and analysis tools are designed to complement, not replace, regular school teaching and authorized curriculum guidance.
2. Account Security & Registration
When you create an account, you must provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Access to premium past paper banks, unlimited AI tutor questions, and full worked marking schemes may require an active paid subscription or token pass (Daily, Monthly, or Annual). Payments are processed securely via local mobile money or bank cards. Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled at any time from your account settings.
4. Intellectual Property
All software, AI prompt engineering, interface designs, trademarks, and educational analysis systems are the intellectual property of TopScore AI. Past national examination papers remain the property of their respective examining bodies (KNEC, Cambridge Assessment International Education) and are curated solely for academic study and fair revision practice.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Users agree not to:
- Attempt to scrape, bulk-download, reverse-engineer, or disrupt platform infrastructure.
- Use AI tutoring features to submit abusive, harmful, or inappropriate content.
- Share account credentials with unauthorized third parties to bypass fair usage limits.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity, without prior notice.
